These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Booperwise’s website, mobile applications, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Booperwise.

1. 📱 Use of Our Services

Booperwise provides educational content, affiliate recommendations, and interactive features for pet wellness. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Booperwise

• You agree not to misuse or interfere with our Services

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

2. 🧾 Account Registration

Some features may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

3. 💸 Affiliate Disclosure

Booperwise participates in affiliate programs.

Affiliate links may generate commissions at no extra cost to you. These do not influence our content, which is for educational purposes only.

4. 📱 Mobile App Usage

Our mobile apps are available via Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to:

• Comply with platform-specific terms (Apple & Google)

• Allow us to collect usage data and diagnostics (see Privacy Policy)

• Accept updates and changes to app functionality

5. 🧪 Educational Content Disclaimer

Booperwise provides information about pet wellness and allergy testing. This content is not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a licensed veterinarian.

6. 🧠 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and features are owned by Booperwise or its licensors.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

• You may use our materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes

7. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for illegal or harmful purposes

• Post or transmit offensive, misleading, or infringing content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our platform

8. 💰 Payments & Subscriptions

• If you subscribe to Booperwise or purchase services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees

• Subscription terms will be clearly disclosed

• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

9. 💳 Refund Policy

Booperwise offers a 30-day refund window for eligible purchases. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be subject to processing fees.

• Refunds do not apply to affiliate commissions or digital content once accessed

• Refund requests must be submitted via billing@booperwise.com - OR -

• We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse or violation of these Terms

10. ✍️ Contributor Agreement

If you contribute content to Booperwise (e.g., blog posts, testimonials, product reviews, data to establish a crowdsource database):

• You grant Booperwise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content

• You affirm that your content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights

• We reserve the right to edit or remove contributed content at our discretion

11. 🧬 Lab Partner Terms

Booperwise may collaborate with pet allergy testing labs. If you are a lab partner:

• You agree to provide accurate, anonymized data for integration

• You retain ownership of your proprietary testing methods

• Booperwise may display lab names and general methodology for educational purposes

• All shared data must comply with applicable privacy laws and ethical standards

12. 🛠️ Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Nevada.
